The pandemic has affected so many aspects of children’s lives. One of the most profound has been an increase in sexual abuse victims. Sometimes, school is the only respite from the abuse. With no school in session, so many children suffered at the hands of their abusers. Hopefully now that in person learning is back, we will begin to see those numbers go down.
