My name is Sistina Giordano and I’m one of the co-host’s of Bridge Street on News Channel 9. I’ve been pretty fortunate to cover some really interesting stories in my tenure at the station but my greatest challenge is the ins and outs of being a mom. When I’m not talking about local events on television I’m trying to raise two tiny humans. My daughter Harper is five and my son Eddie is three and a half.

Long before I had children, I found myself deeply impacted as a reporter by stories that I covered about children right here in our Central New York community. I find comfort in the knowledge and dedication of the McMahon Ryan Child and Advocacy Center. I believe that helping children who can’t help themselves should be a number one priority and I’m humbled to play a small part in raising awareness and giving voice to the children who sometimes go voiceless.
