Julie Cecile joined McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Site January, 2008, from Onondaga County Department of Social Services, where she served as Assistant Welfare Attorney. Julie oversees the day to day functions of the McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Site. Julie earned her under graduated degree from Siena College and her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law.

Debbie Supensky joined McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Site August 2002, she serves as receptionist and provides support to the professional staff and Board members. She earned an associate degree from Bryant & Stratton in Syracuse, NY.
