The McMahon/Ryan Center moved to a fully-renovated, state of the art facility, in June of 2011. The former University College Reid Hall at 601 East Genesee Street is 30,000 square feet, compared to the former 3,000 square foot McMahon/Ryan location on West Onondaga Street.  The new building elevates McMahon/Ryan to a Tier 1 Child Advocacy Center, co-locating all services for our community’s abused children under one roof.
