Julie A. Cecile, Esq.

Julie Cecile joined McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Site in January 2008. She came to the Site from the Onondaga County Department of Social Services Legal Division. Julie oversees the day-to-day operations of the McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Site. She earned a JD from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Siena College in Loudonville, NY.

Debbie Supensky

Debbie Supensky joined McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Site in August 2002. She serves as the Office Manager and provides support to the professional staff and Board members. She earned an Associate’s degree from Bryant & Stratton in Syracuse, NY.

Jennifer Majesky-Pike

Jennifer Majesky-Pike joined McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Center in June 2009. Her duties at the McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Center are to provide support services for victims and families affected by child abuse, through court assistance, mental health referrals and provide on-going case management. She received her BA from Nazareth College in 2009.  Jennifer is also certified as a Crisis Intervention Specialist through the American Institute of Health.

Jami Ryan

Jami Ryan joined McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Center in June 2011. Her duties at the McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Center are to provide support services for victims and families affected by child abuse, through court assistance, mental health referrals and provide on-going case management.  Jami received her bachelors degree with a dual major in Psychology and Child & Family Studies from Syracuse University in 2011.
 

MaryBeth Thome, MS & CAS

  • Counselor - provides individual, family, and group counseling to children and families who have been affected by physical and sexual abuse.

MaryBeth began working at McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Center in 2009.  She received her MS & CAS in School Counseling from the University at Albany, SUNY.

Samantha Staub, MFT

  • Child and Family Therapist - provide individual and group mental health services to children and families who have been affected by physical and sexual abuse. With support, processing and education, Samantha helps to facilitate growth and understanding of such traumatic events.

Samantha joined McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Center in May 2011. She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology and LGBT Studies, as well as her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Syracuse University.

Brittney Walker

Brittney Walker joined McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Site in March 2012. She serves as a receptionist and provides support to the professional staff of collaborating agencies and Board members.  She attended Cape Fear College in North Carolina, as well as Onondaga Community College where she received her associates degree in General Education.

Kerri M. Raissian

Kerri joined McMahon/Ryan in 2007 and has over 7 years of experience in working with child and adult survivors of violence or abuse. She coordinates the High Five! program and other community presentations. She also facilitates support groups for non-offending caregivers and children. Kerri earned her BA from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, her MPA from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University, and is currently working on her Ph.D. in Public Administration at Syracuse University.

Maureen Foran-Mocete

Maureen joined McMahon/Ryan in February 2012 and has over 20 years of experience working with children and adults, teaching and facilitating training programs.  She coordinates the High Five! program and other community presentations.  Maureen earned her BS from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY and her MBA from the Drucker School of Management at the Claremont Graduate School in Claremont, CA.

Patti Giancola, CFRE

Patti came to McMahon/Ryan in March of 2011 as Capital Campaign Director for the new Child Advocacy Center.  She has 20 years of fundraising experience and previously worked with the YMCA of Greater Syracuse and Syracuse University.  She has a B.A. and M.S. from Syracuse University and is a Certified Fundraising Professional.
