Child Abuse Response Team (CART)
In order to promote healing and growth in victims and their families, the Child Abuse Response Team (CART) facilitates, coordinates and integrates the prevention, investigation, prosecution, and treatment services of child sexual and physical abuse cases within Onondaga County utilizing a multidisciplinary team model. CART consists of the following organizations, all co-located at the McMahon/Ryan facility at 601 East Genesee Street.
